Uses
Breathe in:
You can put a drop on the inside of your palm, rub gently and inhale for a feeling of freshness and renewal. You can also inhale for a few seconds straight from the bottle.

Massage:
Πρόσθεσε το αιθέριο έλαιο λεμόνι σε λάδι βάσης και χρησιμοποίησε το ως λοσιόν σώματος. Ρίξε 10 σταγόνες αιθέριο έλαιο χαμομήλι σε 30ml φυτικό έλαιο βάσης όπως έλαιο ελίχρυσου, αχίλλειας, αμυγδαλέλαιο, έλαιο jojoba, κλασματοποιημένο λάδι καρύδας ή έλαιο πυρήνα βερίκοκου. Κάνε μασάζ για να αναζωογονηθείς και να ανεβάσεις τη διάθεσή σου.
Καθαριστικό:
Πρόσθεσε αιθέριο λεμόνι και νερό σε ένα μπουκάλι με σπρέι και χρησιμοποίησε το ως καθαριστικό στις επιφάνειες στο σπίτι και στο χώρο εργασίας. Επίσης μπορείς να προσθέσεις 1-2 σταγόνες στο πλυντήριο ρούχων για ένα φρέσκο αποτέλεσμα.

Safe Use
Αν και είναι γενικά μη τοξικό και μη ερεθιστικό το αιθέριο έλαιο λεμόνι είναι εξαιρετικά φωτοτοξικό. Μην εκθέτετε το δέρμα στο ηλιακό φως για τουλάχιστον 12 ώρες μετά την εφαρμογή.
